Fluff Stuff is a material innovation company based in Finland. Currently we’re in pre-seed and piloting stage, preparing for our next step in bringing a restorative, plant-based textile filling to the market. Previously we have been selected in the Innovestor PALO and GEC Scale-up Catalyst Programs for early stage startups.

Our growing team is multidisciplinary with strong business, design and sustainability background. We are supported by an experienced team of advisors with scale-up knowledge from textiles and sustainable tech fields, augmented by agricultural and soil research.

Roots at the Aalto University

Fluff Stuff grew from Aalto University, and some of our earliest prototypes were filled with cattail fluff from the small pond in the campus area. Since then, we have secured our first investment and funding for a pilot program, but continue to base our direction on research and science-based knowledge. We believe that new transformative innovations are an amalgamation of design, business and the environment.
